Received March 28, 1 p.m. OTTAWA, March 27. guaranteed initial price of GO cents a bushel for wheat is provided for in a Bill introduced in the House of Commons by the Minister of Agrtculture (Hon. W. D. Euler). It will replace the Act stipulating an 80 cent minimum lor last years crop, which is estimated to have cost the Government 35,000.000 dollars.
