SOLI DAL IT Y ST RESSED. KING AND M. LEBRUN. (British Official Wireless.) Deceived March 25, 11.30 a.m. DUGBY, March 24. The King and M. Lebrun exchanged telegrams on the conclusion of the latter’s State visit. After expressing thanks for the ■welcome he received, M. Lebrun said: “The reception which the British people have given to the President of the Republic ■will be interpreted by the French people as a new and unforgettable testimony of the solidarity which unites our two nations.” The King, in reply, said: “The Queen and I thank you most heartily for the very kind terms of your message on leaving the shores of the United Kingdom. Your visit in company with Madame Lebrun has given the utmost pleasure, not only to us personally, hut to the peoples of the whole Empire. The welcome accorded you has served to show once more our deep attachment to the great nation of which you, Monsieur Lebrun, as President, are the distinguished head.”
