Received March 24, 8.5 a.m. LONDON, March 23. The Tramp Shipping Committee has reduced the charter rate lor the Australian trade to Home by Is a ton. The United Kingdom-Continent-Mcditerranean-Adriatic rate for vessels loading for two States is 6d a ton over the whole cargo. The above is the basis for the rate applicable to a higher-priced port.
