VIVID EXPLOSIONS.

INCIDENT AT WOOLWICH. BUILDING DESTROY ED. LONDON, March 24. Troops were hastily called out to guard Woolwich Arsenal early this morning following a series ol terrific explosions caused by the bursting ol oxvgen cylinders in tho medical store shed of the Royal Military College of Science, near Woolwich Common. The shed caught fire and was completely destroyed, hut no other buildings were involved. Firemen had narrow escapes from flying metal. The explosions continued for more than 30 minutes, accompanied by vivid flashes which lit lip the neighbourhood. Windows over a wide area were shattered. A later report says that there is no reason to suspect sabotage.
