ANTI-JEWISH BILL.

The Chamber of Deputies lias adopted an anti-Jcwish BUI, which curtails Jewish business and reduces the proportion of Jews who can be employed Cl trade and industry form A) per cent 'to between 6 and 12 per cent., and makes it practically impossible for middle-class Jews to earn a livelihood.
