Despite earlier reports that the Hungarians are evacuating a Defence Ministry announcement states that after heavy fighting all day between the Hungarians and Slovaks, in which ’planes on both sides participated, the Hungarians w-ere driven back on the whole front. Hungarian ’planes boml>ed villages behind the lines, causing unknown casualties.
