Considerable dissatisfaction is felt by _ returned soldier settlers in certain sections of the Roporoa district with the failure or the Department of Agriculture to release the promised report dealing with sou conditions at Rcporoa and particularly with the claim that the exceptionally high stock mortality in certain areas in the district lias been due to the hitherto unsuspected presence of deposits of arsenic in the soil and, drinking water used by tho cattle. j
