MANAWATU SECOND DAY. BIRCIiWOOD AND TAURANGA. (By “Spectator.”) The Manawatu Racing- Club will hold the second and concluding day of its autumn mooting at Awapuni to-morrow, when the principal events to bo decided are the Tamateto Handicap and Manawatu Sires’ Produce Stakes. Another large attendance of patrons is anticipated. The Oamaru Jockey Club will also finish its meeting, and that of the Bay of Plenty Jockey Club will be concluded. The Birch wood Hunt Club’s meeting will be held, and two trotting fixtures are those of the Westland and Wanganui Clubs. The latter is holding its second one-day meeting, following the first a week ago. AT TAURANGA.
