FEILDING STOCK SALE.
LIGHT ENTRY OF CATTLE. For the Feilding Stock sale to-day 'there was a very small offering of cattle, the yarding comprising chiefly ex-dairy fate and a pen of station fat cattle. In the store pens one line of station cattle came forward, while the boner class was not supported in normal numbers.
In the 6tore sheep section tire small offering consisted principally of aged ewes, with one race of 2tlns. The quality over all was only average, there being no outstanding sheep submitted for disposal. Of mixed quality, the small offering of lambs was made up of wether lambs, with an odd pen of ewe lambs.
There was also a very small yarding of fat slieep. Prices up to 1 p.m. were as follow : -—-
Fat sheep.—Lambs. 13s 9d, 17s, 17s 7d, 17s 9d, 19s 2d; b.f., 17s Bd. 17s 9d, 17s lOd, 18s 7d 19s 2d; wethers, I7s Sd, 18s 7d, 18s 9d, 18s lOd. 19s, 19s 6d. 20s Id; S.D. ew-es, 16s 9d. Store sheep.—2ths, 17s 6d, 19s 9d, 23s Sd, 24s 7d, 28s 6d, 31s 6d; 5-year, 12s 9d; 6th and 4yr, 18s 9d.
Fat cattle. —Cows, £3 7s 6cl, £3 1,55, £3 17s 6d, £4 2s 6d. £4 7s 6d, £4 10s. £4 15s. £5, £5 ss; P.A. do. and heifers, £5 15s, £6; runner, £4 los.
Store cattle.-—Weaner heifers. £2, £2 ss. £3 ss: cows, £1 5s to £3 2s 6cl; runner, £3 15s. Dairy cattle, heifers in milk, £5 ss, £6 ss.
