POLITICAL CO-OPERATION URGED.

AUSTRALIAN MOVE,

MELBOURNE, March 23. Willingness to co-operate in the formation of a National Cabinet of all parties because of the need for cooperation in Australia was expressed by the Prime Minister, Mr J. A. Lyons, to-day. Mr Lyons appealed for the full and active co-operation of all parties in the cause of unity against common danger.

He said be did not propose to issue a personal invitation to the Labour Party to form a National Government beyond indicating bis willingness to have their co-operation. Mr Curtin (Leader of the Opposition) said the suggestion would be considered by the Labour Party.
