T?eccived Februarv 21, 8.5 a.m. ne LONDON, Feb. 20. The Rome report of the dictators originated in Signor Mussolini s paper, the Popolo d’ltalia. It is believed that the initiative came from General Franco.

NO INFORMATION IN BERLIN. Official quarters have no knowledge of the suggested conference between Herr Hitler, Signor Mussolini and General Franco.
