TROOPS FOR LIBYA.

ITALIAN INTIMATION. Received February 21, 12.20 p.m. LONDON, Feb. 20. In the House of Commons, Mr R. A. Butler (Foreign Under-Secretary) •aid Italy had intimated she was sending 30,000 troops to ensure the security of Libya. This should not be regarded as a breach of the AngloItalian agreement. Mr Butler admitted this would restore the Italian garrison to its strength before the agreement.
