REMAND ORANTED. Charged that, while, in a state of intoxication, lie was in charge of a mo-tor-ear in Main Street on January 25, Rdgar Griffin, labourer, aged 32, of Marton. appeared before Messrs W. Low Black and W. G. Ashvvortii. .T.l'.'s, in tlio Magistrate's Court at I'almerston North to-day. Accused was remanded to appear before the Magistrate on .Monday njxt.
