JUNIOR A AVERAGES. The first round of tho junior A competition of the Manawatu Cricket Association has been concluded. The following is the points position:
The adverse weather conditions in the greater part of the round militated against high scoring. Outstanding performances were those of R. Dilks (City) in both batting and bowling and of EJley (C.S.) in taking 33 wickets at a cost of 5.6 per wicket. Tlie junior A representative team has an unbeaten record to date in outside fixtures.
