NEW YORK, Jan. 21. Slocks lost one to 10 points and market values dropped nearly 2,000,1.000 dollars in the most active trading of the year to-day. nearly 2,000,000 shares changing hands. Foreign developments, such as the repercussions from Dr. Sehacht’s dismissal, the Spanish situation and rumours of Italian mobilisation are held responsible.
