STILL UNBEATEN. ENGLAND BAT IN TEST. MATCH AT DURBAN. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received January 21, 9.55 a.m. DURBAN, Jan. 20. The third cricket Test between the M.C.C. team and South Africa was commenced this morning-, W. R. Hammond winning- the toss for the seventh time in succession in Test matches. The weather was fine and the wicket good.

Edrich having been reduced to No. 7 on the batting list. Gibb was shaky, but Hutton played confidently. Paynter narrowly escaped being stumped when Ills score was 54.
