VOTING IN SNOW
KINROSS BY-ELECTION. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, Dec. 21. The candidates for the Kinross byelection toured the snowbound electorate, where polling took place to-day, armed with shovels with which to dig themselves out in tho event of snowdrifts. The candidates are the Duchess of Atholl, who has been the Unionist member for fifteen years and is seeking re-election as an Independent; and Mr W. McNair Snadden, the official Unionist candidate.
