CHILDREN’S PLAYGROUND.
EMPLOYEES’ EFFORT. Per Press Association. FOXTON, Dec. 21. At a social gathering of New Zealand Wool pack and Textiles employees to-day, the managing director (Mr F. W. Vickerman) conveyed tho congratulations of the Minister of Industries and Commerce (Mr Sullivan) on their fine effort in raising funds for the provision of a playground for children of Foxton. Visitors present included Mr J. T Gailey, (Belfast) and Mr Melville Wright, of the High Commissioner’s Office, London.
