The biennial election of conference and executive officers of the Amalgamated Society of Railway Servants resulted as follows: Biennial Conference. —Northern District, North J. Terry (traffic), J. Elliott (locomotive workshops), J. A. Barton (maintenance); Southern District, North Island, G. Mouton (traffic), J. Taylor (locomotive), L. R. Walker (maintenance); Northern District, South Island. J. W. Morgan (traffic), F. Kelso (locomotive), T. E. Daly (maintenance); Southern District, South Island, D. Cadigan (traffic), S. W. Gaspar (locomotive), J. L. Creighton (maintenance); Both Islands, W. A. Wright (way and works), J. S. Berry (signal and electrical). Executive Council. —North Island, J. Terry (traffic), J. Taylor (locomotive), J. A. Barton (maintenance); South Island, J. W. Morgan (traffic), S. W. Gaspar (locomotive), R. W. Ale nan dor .(maintenance) ; Both Islands, W. A. Wright (way and works), J. S.
