RULE IN RUMANIA.

TOTALITARIAN FEATURES. UNION OF FORCES. BUCHAREST, Dec. 15. Rumania has moved in the direction of creating a totalitarian regime byforming a single official' party, entitled the Union of National Rebirth. The founders include five former members of the suppressed Peasant Party, five former Liberals, and five former members of the anti-Semitic group. Miron Cristea, Patriarch of Rumania, the present Premier, will probably head the party, which closely resembles the Nazi and Fascist organisations. It will be the only recognised political party, and all Government officials must join.
