BAILEY.—At Wanganui on December 17, 1938, Walter Ambrose, dearly beloved husband of Amy Grace Bailey, of Mangaweka, and oldest son of the late J. A. Bailey, of Ohakea, in liis 66th year.
CLARK. —On December 16, 1938, at Hastings, John Thomas Clark, late of Ngawapurua, Woodville; aged 76 years.
HATTON.—-On December 16, 1938, at the Palmerston North Hospital, Frederick (Teddy) dearly loved eldest son of Mr and Mrs Gordon Hatton. Napier Hoad ; aged 12 veal's (Suddenly.) Privately interred.
KENNARD.—On December 15, 1938, at the Public Hospital. Auckland, Henry Nimrod, late of Linton, aged 75 years. Interred at Auckland.
