PRISONER FOR SENTENCE.

Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Dec. 15. Allan Eoy Duff, who escaped from the Wi Tako prison by taking np the floor boards of liis ceil, and travelled to Wellington in a converted car, today pleaded guilty to escaping from lawful custody, the unlawful conversion of a car, and breaking and entering the shop of A. Whittaker, of Molesworth Street, and stealing a pair of trousers, a sports ,coat, and a lumber jacket of a total value of £3 lGs 3d. He was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence. ■
