GAMING CHARGE.

Per Press Association. WAIPUKURAU, Dec. 16. - Leonard Beachen, a sports dealer, of Waipukurau, was fined £4O. with costs 10s, before Mr J. Miller, S.M., this morning, on a charge of using his premises as a common gaming house. He pleaded guilty. The police stated that in a raid made on November 28 they found that G 5 bets had been taken on the Auckland and Feilding meetings. Detective-Sergeant 11.
