Per Press Association. NAPIER, Nov. 28. In the Supreme Court this morning, His Honour Mr Justice Blair sentenced Jack Henry Payne, aged 31, labourer, to six months’ imprisonment on each of three charges of theft, the terms to l>e cumulative. Accused was declared an habitual criminal.
