LIBERAL VIEWS DISPLEASE. (Independent Cable Service). Received November 21, 9.10 a.m. LONDON, Nov. 20. The Kinross and West Perth Unionist Association has decided, by 273 votes to 167 to seek a eandiate in place of the Duchess of Atlioll, whose Liberal views are a thorn in the side of many Conservatives She intends to run as an Independent candidate.
