THE WOOL MARKET.
DUNEDIN SALE PROSPECTS. Per Press Association, DUNEDIN, Nov. 18. ; Although the firet local wool sale is a month distant, it is already apparent that the allocation of 24,000 bales will not be filled. Shearing is under way, but two factors hindering the work are the broken weather and the pronounced shortage of blade shearers. Some of the new season’s wool has reached the stores. The quality appears good, but it is somewhat lighter in condition than in previous years. . ~
