INCREASED RATES OF PAY. British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Oct.- 38. Considerable increases in the rates of pay of post-1925 soldiers of the Royal Malta Artillery and Maltese section of the Royal Engineers are announced by the War Office. It has also been decided that Maltese soldiers and their widows and dependants shall he eligible tor a pension under conditions similar to those of the British personnel.
