BRITAIN'S FORCES WATCH.—WhiIe England's diplomats and statesmen recently strove night and day to preserve the peace of Europe, the British A rmy, Navy and Air Force silently awaited the outcome of the dispute between Germany and Czechoslovakia. Warships of Britain's Home Fleet were stationed in the North Sea, while mechanical divisions of England’s armed forces stood by ready for instant duty if needed. Long range coastal guns would play a big part in defending the British coast against any attacks while anti-aircraft guns would help to protect London fr om enemy aircraft.
