MELODY DANCE CLUB.

One of the brightest dances of the season as organised by Miss W. Hubbard and Mr H. York was held by the Melody Dance Club on Saturday evening in the Cosmopolitan Hall, which was filled to capacity. The frocks were smart and colourful and added to the cheerfulness. Streamers and novelties were distributed, causing much merriment among the dancers. A professional orchestra rendered oldtime and modern music most delightfully. Much credit is due to Mr York for his careful supervision as M.C. Midnight came all too soon for this happy and sociable evening to be brought to a close with the National Anthem.
