EVENING COLLISION
MOTOR-CYCLIST’S DEATH. .Peri Press Association. DARGAVILLE, Oct. 19. After colliding with a motor-car while travelling on a motor-cycle to Dargaville to attend the weekly military parade, last evening, William Stanley Frost,.- aged 19, of Kaipara, died of injuries at 9.15 this mornign in the Northern Wairoa Hospital at Te Kopuru. Tlie accident occurred at about 7.30 o’clock last night, when Frost’s motorcycle came into collision with a motorcar driven by R. Alerrilees, of Dargaville, on the Paradise section of the Whangarei-Dargaville Alain Highway. Frost was immediately conveyed to hospital in. an ambulance, suffering from a compound fracture of the right leg. Amputation was' found to he necessary.
