DEATH AT SEA.
Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Oct. 19. AVhen travelling to Wliangarei in the scow Jane Gifford, a retired master mariner. Captain Edward Donovan, became ill and died as the vessel was returning to Auckland to-day. Captain Donovan was 76 years old.
