REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIONS. LONDON, Oct. 18. Rhodesian, Chilean and Belgian Congo copper producers, operating under the revised decision of October 10 are removing all restrictions for ■whatever period is considered advisable, resulting in the metal, after reacting 48J, the highest of the year, yesterday, closing at 475. _ The decision is regarded as an indication of the producers’ determination not to allow prices to escape beyond their control.
