AUSTRALIA'S POSITION.
NO SPECIAL ACTION. Received September 14, 10.55 a.m. CANBERRA, Sept. 14. After the Federal Cabinet had discussed the latest phases of the European situation, Mr J. A. Lyons (Prime Minister) said the Ministers felt that there was no necessity for any special action in Australia.
