MINISTER RETURNS.
FROM BALTIC CRUISE. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Aug. 30. Tlie Admiralty yacht Enchantress, in which the First Lord of the Admiralty (Mr Duff Cooper) has been on a Baltic cruise, arrived in the Thames yesterday. Mr Duff Cooper, who landed at Gravesend, attended the meeting of Cabinet Ministers.
