(From Our Own Correspondent.) iMILSON, Aug. j 31. On Tuesday evening tile C grade' team from the Sanson Table Tennis Club visited AJilson for their match in the, second round of the competitions. The game resulted in a draw 18 games each. The scores were as follow, Alilson players being mentioned first: D. Hutchison beat Miss O. Butler 31—19, J. Coulter 31—28, K. Henson 31 — 17, C. Bradley 31—25; Airs Brown beat Aliss Butler 31 —19, lost to Coulter 14—31, beat Henson 31 —23,, Bishop 31 —22, Gcdye 31 — 20, Bradley 31—23; S. McManus, of Napier, has taken up his residence in Carlisle Street, having been transferred to Palmerston North by the Railway Department. Mr and Mrs J. Rankin and family have left to take up their residence in l’aekakariki, where Air Air Rankin has been transferred.
