CATHOLIC DRAMA SOCIETY
A very successful reading of an amusing Irish comedy was given by members of the Manawatu Catholic Drama Society in St. Patrick’s Hall on Tuesday night. Miss' M. Cranston directed and some outstanding performances were given by the principal players, the large audience according them enthusiastic applause. The readers were: Misses A. Stonehouse, Anne and Angeline Bahout, U. Hickey, N. O’Shea, R. Hepburn, B. Fitzpatrick and Messrs F. Aisher, D. Rocbe, L. Smith, W. Donovan and I. Bennett.
