MANUFACTURE OF CHEESE. RIVERBANIv DAIRY CO. The annual report of the Riverbank Co-operative Dairy Co., Ltd., states that the company has had a satisfactory year, with an output ’of 429 tons of cheese, a decrease of 50 tons on last season’s output, this being chiefly due to the dry weather of last summer. Milk grade percentages : First, 99.49 per cent. (99.842 per cent.); second, .51 per cent. (.158 per cent.); pounds of butterfat in cream sold, 13307.92 (14878).
