Between 30 and 40 Scouters from the Hutt Valley and Wellington Bays district visited Palmerston North at the week-end for the purpose of fraternising with local Scouters. The party was in charge of Commissioner J. E. F. Vogel, and a most enjoyable time was spent. On Saturday afternoon, at the Terrace End School grounds, a soccer match between visiting and local Scoutmasters was plaj'ed, while the lady cub masters indulged in basketball. Novelties were distributed and an excellent supper was provided by the ladies responsible for organising the dance— Misses L. Bennett, T. Holmes and G. Andrews.
