SYDNEY. Aug. 23. The Now Zealand horse Silver Ring arrived to-day by the Maunganui, and goes into Mr N. Christensen’s stables at Kensington. Silver Ring has 9.3 for the Newcastle Cup. I-lUA FINISHES RACING. MELBOURNE, Aug. 23. The Victorian Derby winner Hua has finished racing as a result of his mishap on Saturday, when he broke down during training. He i 6 coming to Sydney for the .auction sale in September as a stallion. Hua won more than £IO,OOO in stakes.
