SIR EARLE PAGE’S HOPE. HONOLULU, Aug. 22. Tho Australian Minister of Commerce (Sir Earle Page), interviewed on his arrival here to-day, suggested the emigration of surplus American labour to Australia as a means of strengthening Anglo-American relations. He said that Australia hoped for an increased investment of American capital in Australia. The Commonwealth was ready and able to absorb immigrants.
