BOMBS STRIKE ZOO.
WILD ANIMALS AT LARGE
BARCELONA, Aug. 20.
Bombs "dropped during an air raid to-day smashed some cages in the zoo, 'liberating lions, tigers, and panthers. A free fight ensued and the keepers were compelled to shoot the animals. Bombs killed many monkeys and others escaped in the direction of the city.
