FIRE BRIGADE BALL.
Dancers arc reminded fhafc Hie Palmerston North Fire Brigade old-time ball takes placo at the Showgrounds on Wednesday next. The committee and members of the brigade aro leaving nothing to chance to uphold tho reputation which has made the ball one of Palmerston North’s leading social events of tho year. A special orchestro has been engaged to play the supper extras, so patrons can bo assured of six hours’ continuous dancing. Twelve gross of novelties will bo distributed amongst tho dancers during the evening, a sumptuous supper will bo served to everyone, carparking on the grounds will be free and the Revellers’ Orchestra of seven players will supply popular music to dancers amidst new and novel surroundings.
