EDUCATIONAL FILMS.
INTERNATIONAL GUIDANCE. (United Press Association.) (League Official Wireless.) Received August 22, 12 noon. GENEVA, Aug. 19. Britain has informed the League of her agreement to convene a conference to consider measures for the operation of a convention to facilitate the circulation of educational films. Britain will propose at this conference that an international committee on intellectual co-operation be entrusted with the role given by the convention to the Institute Educational Cinematograph, at Rome, which recently was closed by the Italian Government.
