CHANCELLOR’S WARNING.
BUYING GERMAN LOANS. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, June 30. Sir John Simon (Chancellor of the Exchequer) told the Rouse of Commons to-day, that he. hoped to be able tp make a statement at an early date on the debt negotiations with Germany. “Meanwhile,said Sir John, “I desire to make it clear that those who, from now onward, buy Austrian or German loans front foreign holders do so at their own risk.”
