Indianapolis, the greatest pacer yet seen in the Southern Hemisphere, who is thought by some folk to be past his best, is being given special attention with a view to reproducing his best form. In his brilliant career on the trotting tracks in the Dominion he has won three New Zealand Cups, and is the only horse who ever appeared likely in Australasia to break two minutes for the mile.
