HEALTH INSURANCE SCHEME GOVERNMENT’S CASE EXPOUNDED In the House of Representatives, last evening, a commencement was made with the Address-in-Reply debate, when speeches were delivered by Hr H. Gr. McMillan and Mr B. Roberts.
