WARNING BY POWERS

England and France have warned Japan that the occupation of Hainan is likely to lead to undesirable complications, in which event they will no doubt collaborate as is necessary, according to an announcement made by the Foreign Under-Seeretary (Mr R. A. Butler) in tlie House of Commons.
