SHIPMENTS TO UNITED KINGDOM.

The Meat Board is advised by Cablegram from its London office that the shipments from Australia, ' South America, and South, Africa to the United Kingdom during the first half of June were as fol-' low:

Australia.—4l,999 carcases mutton, 60,612 carcases lamb, 28,977 quarters beef (frozen), 7438 quarters - beef (chilled). South America.—l4o7 carcases mutton, 78,227 carcases lamb, 1425 quarters beet (frozen), 124,389 quarters beef (chilled). South Africa (including Southern Rhodesia). —4456 quarters beef (chilled). The shipments from New Zealand to tile United Kingdom for the first half of June were' as follow;—111,818 Carcases mutton, 493,453 carcases lamb, ' 10,251 quarters beef (frozen), 15,425 quarters beef (chilled).
