The' International Red Cross Con--ferenee at St. James’s Palace on the motion of Professor Max Huber, seconded by, Mr Norman Davis (United States) unanimously passed a resolution expressing the deep and sincere sympathy of all the delegates with tlie Queer, in the loss Her Majesty had sustained by the death of her in other, the Countess of Strathmore. s
