“DISGRACE” RUMOUR DENIED. BERLIN, April 22. The Foreign Office denies that Herr von Papon (former German Ambassador to Austria) is in disgrace and says that, he is present staying at his Saar estate. A London message published on Thursday said that his friends were concerned about the fate of Herr von Papen. who was reported to be in disgrace. On Tuesday night he could not be traced in Germany. Viennese newspapers were forbidden to mention his name.
